Who is Whole Kidz Community (WKC) for?
All children are welcome. We serve children ages 6 -18.

What is Whole Kidz Community (WKC)?
A Community; a place where children can come together to explore their innate wisdom and curiosity, and learn the art of living. They will be seen, heard, loved, validated, guided and supported. The art of living could be described, as the ability to care for one’s self, others, the community and the Earth; as well as the ability to cope with the stressors of life, and to find meaning and purpose.

When will WKC take place?
We'll meet after school on Thursday afternoons, from 3-5pm, once a week. As we expand, the schedule will reflect this.

Where is Whole Kidz Community?
The program will be held at The Center at 435, located at 435 Middlefield Rd. Palo Alto, CA. Outdoor programs will be held nearby, at a location to be announced.

What is the purpose of WKC?
The world is increasingly complex, and kids need to be well equipped to handle the growing intensity of Life in our world. This means that they need to be able to communicate effectively, care for themselves, and participate authentically in the increasingly demanding situations that our culture presents them. Whole Kidz is about empowering your child to reach his or her full potential and be supported to express that effectively in the world.

What will my child learn at WKC?
Whole Kidz is designed to augment academic training by providing outdoor education as well as exposure to self-reflective practices that create greater discernment and clarity in children. While school teaches knowledge, Whole Kidz teaches wisdom.

How much does it cost?
$240.00 for 6 weeks. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required prior to registration. Limited scholarships are available.

What does the program include?
Healthy snacks, 6 weeks of group activities facilitated by a trained professional in a wholesome environment.
